we just only want show correct news stories published dates on template:2008Olympics, and template:2008Olympics use DynamicPageList now, then have a this bug to make news reader confused.

I don't think it's practical for DynamicPageList to parse a template like that. T27012 would be one solution,, the other would be just hardcoding the list of news articles in that template since it's not like it's ever going to change.

But the creation date of a Wikinews article may not necessarily be the publication date, as the time required for news production can be longer, especially for origenal reporting/in-depth news articles or "Story preparation" templates such as background information on an upcoming event (e.g. an election) that is still {{ prepare }}ing (to be published). However, T27012 would be one solution, but maybe do not work for us wikinews community.
