Thank you so much for responding. It is so hard to get most people to take this illness serious because they say, "She communicates with You, what's the problem?" But I have come to learn how to communicate with her. Many times I had deleted her from my page in frustration, Until I did get my sister to drive the 4 hours for me to finally meet her. I was amazed it was allowed, and although I was told we could visit more, I have been systematically shut out.
Michelle is almost 'quadripledgic', in a motorized wheelchair which was amazing to watch. Every muscle is effected by this illness, so even her eyes are uncontrolled. Most people consider her cries for help online as childish pranks, but I followed her since I saw something familiar in her writings.. I've seen her amazing poems, stories, she even has pages on Writing.com, ect. But she can not LEAVE on her own, and they threaten her with loss of her freedoms if she does not fully cooperate. They've even threatened to withhold food. I don't know what her future holds, but I am determined to do my best for her. Thank you again, Glenda
