There you'll see your current email subscriptions and the other free email subscriptions we have. Click the checkbox next to each email newsletter or offer subscription you want to receive, then click the "Update" button to save your changes. On this page you will find a checkbox (that is checked) after date of birth signing you up for All-Access news, updates, and promotions. Uncheck this box and click "Update My Account & Exit" at the bottom of the page to unsubscribe. You can update all of your account settings at any time by signing in to the All-Access Member Center and clicking on the "My Account" section. Here you'll be able to change your personal profile (name, address), the email address to which you receive emails, your password, your fan preferences (favorite teams and favorite players) and your email subscriptions. You can retrieve your forgotten password on the sign-in page of the NBA All-Access preference center. Just click the Forgot Your Password link, then enter your email address. You will receive an email from "NBA Account Services" with instructions on how to reset your password. Click here if you want help with retrieving your password now. Unfortunately, you cannot recover a forgotten member name. If you can't remember your member name, try your email address. Your member name is your unique online identity for NBA All-Access membership. You can use your email address if you like.
