YOU MUST join WWA4 first to live at the Wrestler Apartments. You may bring a wife or friend who does not join WWA4. But all must pay Apartment charges.

ROOM MATE You may bring a room mate with you or WWA4 will provide
other wrestlers from the school.

RESERVATION TIMING: should be made and PRE-PAID to Frank of WWA4 3 weeks ahead to assure we can get you in.

EACH APARTMENT HAS: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, stove, refrigerator, 2 rooms, 2 Baths, A TV, Wi Fi, Internet, Closets, a Washer & Dryer is available. You
One, or two or three wrestlers can live in each room.

ROOM COSTS: $600 per month for your own room, or $400 each for you & a room mate. There are no refunds. After three months your rent will be reduced.

$75 SECURITY DEPOSIT which you pay with your first rent payment and which you get back when you leave if you: Give 2 weeks notice of leaving to John; Leave room neat and clean, with no damage or losses; and Return Key to John (not to room mate or Apartment management)

STRICT RULES AT MOTEL: WWA4 is a serious school and not a playground. When you join WWA4 you are expected to be an ADULT, not a child who expects Mommy to clean after him. Also, remember you will be in an Apartment complex with other tenants who do not want to be bothered.

If you do not obey the rules you may be removed from the motel by WWA4 or Apartment Management or Police with no refund.

You will also be removed from the school.

PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THESE MOTEL RULES CAREFULLY. IF THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE TO YOU, PLEASE LIVE ELSEWHERE.
> You must register with a real ID with WWA4.
> No guests or visitors Allowed allowed on the property.
> No hookers in room or on property.
> 2 Adults are allowed to stay in a single bed room if both pay.
> No children
> No gatherings are allowed in Rooms or common areas.
> No firearms.
> No smoking.
> No drugs or other illegal activities allowed.
> No open doors. Keep motel door closed at all times.
> No loud music or loud TV.
> Proper dress is required at all times outside the rooms.
> Any items damaged or missing will be charged to all in the room.
> Apartments may be inspected without notification.
> No wrestling or horse play in rooms or anywhere on motel property.
> Do not let anyone live in room without paying Frank in advance.
> No problems with motel Management.
> No problems with police.
> WWA4 does not bail anyone out of jail.
> No swearing or offensive behavior.
> No loitering on balcony or parking area.
> No Furniture or Clothing on balcony.
> No grilling.
> No radios outside room.
> No loud car radios.
> No using a bed that is not yours.
> No washing or repairing cars on property.
> No trash outside room.
> Bring trash to compactor every day.
> No unsanitary living conditions.
> No opened food left in room. Use refrigerator and cabinets.
> No conflicts with tenants or staff or each other.
> If there is a conflict report it to John.
> If you damage the room you pay immediately or may be jailed.
> No Pets

STUDENTS GOTO SCHOOL TOGETHER, plan their matches together, and get totally involved in wrestling. It's great for learning and fun. BUT NEVER WRESTLE IN APARTMENT.

WRESTLING CAMP STUDENTS may stay with our students for the 4 day camp by paying $200 in advance (if space is available).

INITIAL PAYMENT TO RESERVE A BED send the payment so it arrives at least 3 weeks in advance.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS must pay for their full stay in advance for
1 or 2 or 3 months. You do not have to pay for more than 6 months in advance. We accept Money Order, or Pay-Pal.

MONEY ORDERS should be mailed and received by us three weeks in advance of your arrival date to make sure we have time to confirm your acceptance and room. Mail them to:
