The Cannonball is one of the moves that requires perfect coordination and trust between the wrestlers. Or, if not, then someone could get hurt. It is like the high trapeze acts in the circus. There is a "Flyer" and one or more "Catchers"
By the time you are at WWE everybody can do it, but while you are still in the Indies you have to be sure the others guys know exactly how to do it. It is best that you practice this at school and only do it with people you know can do it properly.
The Hooligans are outside the ring not looking at Sam and pretending they are dazed
Starting at the other side of the ring Sam runs toward them
When he gets to their side he dives over the ropes,
He tucks and rolls toward them
This is the moment they notice him flying at them through the air.
They are too late to get out of the way so they raise their arms to protect themselves
Actually they are catching him to break his fall and they all drop to the floor with them pretending they are hurt and dazed.
When the Cannon ball is done properly it is really impressive.
But you can see that if the flyer and catchers don't coordinate somebody could get hurt.
