There are hundreds of professional wrestling moves. Besides all of the basic moves and the countless variations of them, there are also signature moves made famous by superstars of wrestling. You'll learn holds, power moves, and finishing moves. You'll learn to work with your body type and your strengths so that no matter whether you're big and strong, small and quick, or something in between, you can face off against any type of opponent. You'll also learn what's legal, what's illegal, and why.
One of the most important aspects of knowing professional wrestling moves is knowing how to do them safely. You don't want to hurt yourself or anyone else, which is what can happen when you're poorly trained or attempt something you don't really know how to do or that your opponent isn't ready for.
