Catamaran CommunityCatamaran’s culture is one of active engagement and involvement — in our company, our careers and our communities. Through our community initiative called Catamaran Community, we strive to give back by providing our employees with opportunities to volunteer their time and efforts with non-profit, charitable organizations in a way that is meaningful to them.

Catamaran is also proud to have three Corporate Partnerships — the American Cancer Society, United Way and the American Red Cross — and will work with them throughout the year on various company-wide events that benefit these organizations.

In addition to these important initiatives, we also provide opportunities for our employees to give back through the following programs:

Catamaran Sponsors Catamaran supports employees who participate in sponsored charitable fundraising activities by making a contribution to sponsor them for participation.

Dollars for DoersCatamaran will make a financial contribution to an employee’s charitable organization for volunteer service time outside of work. Catamaran will also allow eligible employees one paid day off per calendar year to volunteer toward their service goals.

TeamCares Catamaran provides team-building opportunities to support Catamaran’s culture of giving back. TeamCares can be used by management in lieu of traditional team building activities and exercises, or by an individual employee who wants to participate in an event with a team.

Annual AwardCatamaran allows employees the opportunity to volunteer with non-profit, charitable organizations of his or her choice. Each year, up to two employees will be chosen to fulfill their charitable contribution. The recipients of this annual award will receive up to three paid days off to volunteer their time and a company donation to the charity.

Community OutreachCatamaran allows individual offices to support charitable organizations in the communities where our offices are located. Events include food or toy drives that benefit local charities. Catamaran’s partnership with the United Way provides ideas for fundraising and volunteer opportunities in each local area.
