Relive the path of hockey's most prized trophy through the Summer of 2003. Each member of the championship team assumed possession of the Stanley Cup for 24 hours, and we were there to get an insider's view through exclusive stories and photographs as the Stanley Cup visited locations around the globe.
The STANLEY CUP JOURNAL was updated every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from Game 7 through to Training Camp 2003. This was followed by a weekly account thereafter up until the Devils' home opener on October 16. See the schedule below for details. For a photographic retrospect of the 2003 Stanley Cup Journal, view our 2003 SCJ photo gallery.
SPECIAL EDITION: The Stanley Cup also ventured to the Arctic Circle during the winter holiday season, covering 15,000 kilometers and nine communities over five days.
