Orientation

Orientation at Berklee

Welcome to Berklee!

Berklee faculty and staff are excited for you to join our community of creative and talented students.

Orientation is designed to assist you in discovering everything that Berklee has to offer and to prepare you to succeed in your first semester. The orientation schedule encompasses a variety of programs to help you in your transition to Berklee. Whether it's preparing for classes, getting involved, connecting with campus resources, or meeting new friends, we've got you covered. Make sure you register for orientation, and that your accompanying family member(s) register for Berklee's Parent and Family Orientation, too.

Your first week at Berklee will no doubt be busy, rewarding, and, most of all, fun. We know that challenges and questions will come up along the way, but know that we are here to support you through your first week and throughout your career at Berklee. If you have questions, please contact the New Student and Family Programs team at nsfp@berklee.edu. We are here to help you make the most of your Berklee experience.

The information in this section is for students starting on the Boston campus only. If you are spending your first year on the Valencia, Spain, campus, please see First Year Abroad (FYA) orientationAll FYA students returning from Spain need to attend New Student Orientation beginning on Saturday, September 1. International FYA students will need to arrive for international pre-orientation beginning on Wednesday, August 29.
