Firemen, Leukemia and a long awaited wedding....I cried like a baby!
The Vows We Have Made is the wedding we have all been waiting for in the Signed, Sealed and Delivered Hallmark postables series. It is finally time for Shane and Oliver to say their "I do's". Shane's difficult mother comes in to town Earl for the wedding and is surprisingly good with Oliver...who needs just a little help getting through the big day.
The most romantic words someone with abandonment issues can hear...I will never leave you.
I don't know who the writers of this series are, but they really know how to tug on your heart strings! I did a little marathon up to this and forgot how much this series really makes me cry.
There were a lot of wonderful heartfelt stories...like Rita and Norman becoming parents in a way that is very Rita and Norman and the postables reuniting a letter...or a hero and a child with Leukemia in a very special way.
This is a beautiful series with wonderful quirky characters filled with both love and amazing amounts of knowledgeable facts. I have been watching since 2014 and I have been waiting anxiously for the wedding of Oliver and Shane. I am thrilled that they brought back beloved characters and that Oliver's dad and Ramon played such a big road leading up to the wedding. Beautiful callbacks for the fans.
If you are a fan of this series...you will love this episode. It is a must see!
I just hope there is going to be more. Please!

The best series Hallmark Channel has ever shown
I watch a lot of Hallmark Channel programing. It's not that it's great television, but it's better than most other programing available. And occasionally the movies ARE exceptional. SIGNED, SEALED, DELIVERED is the best thing ever shown on any of the Hallmark channels. Eric Mabius, Kristin Booth, Crystal Lowe and Jeff Gustafson have done a remarkable job developing the characters created by Martha Williamson. From the pilot episode in 2013 up to this latest (and final?) TV movie, it has been a joy to watch truly exceptional and high quality entertainment. Thank you Martha Williamson and Hallmark Channel!
This is how you do it
Hallmark, please take note of the great reviews. This is the best Hallmark movie in years. The cast was great, as usual, but the additional characters were also great. The mom was a character that had depth when so many of those type characters are written one dimensionally. The young man in the wheelchair made me cry and I never cry at movies. The narration was inspiring. The plot lines were excellent and they didn't use the standard ploy of the last minute dramatic obstacle. All in all, congratulations are in order at a time when Hallmark has been allowing too many poorly written scripts get filmed. This time they knocked it out of the park.
Significant Pivot Point for This Show
After a long delay caused by the Covid crisis, the POstables team returns to the screen with heartfelt stories to tell. Writer Martha Williamson hits the ball out of the park with this one. The actors give performances that are beyond outstanding. Eric Mabius and Kristin Booth reach deep and hold nothing back as they portray Shane and Oliver facing up to important issues which might threaten their relationship. Their wedding is filed in an innovative manner, focusing on the parts of the ceremony that matter most to the couple, and is certainly the best wedding shown on Hallmark to date. Rita and Norman are shown as being well adjusted to married life, and they face their challenges. Geoff Gustafson shows his comic mastery with some of the funniest lines in the movie. There are so many more tales to be told as they continue their work reuniting lost letters and packages with their owners. Signed, Sealed, Delivered is a series that has always been a cut above other series, and this film is no exception. They can pivot from "will they marry" stories to ones featuring the significant challenges faced by couples after marriage. I feel there is a real market for stories that feel real and evoke sincere emotions.
Television At Its Best
Far and away the best Hallmark show produced. The story, acting, music - all excellent. I have seen many wedding depicted on film, but this was done differently and just oozed romance and love. Big compliments to the writers. Beautiful script.

That's romantic
The Postables are always quirky, but this episode goes even farther than normal. Especially in the first half of the movie, the exaggeration for comedic effect was more than necessary.
The story surprised me. I was underwhelmed until I was overwhelmed. The accomplishment of their letter delivery mission had its usual very tender moment. But the highlight of the movie was the romantic moment the night before the scheduled wedding. Oh so sappy and I oh so loved it. This may be one of the all time great romantic moments for the Hallmark network and that's saying something.
One more story thread adds one more tender moment even if the circumstances were a bit out of the ordinary.
Is this the end? I hope not, but I'm afraid it might be given how long it took to bring this one out.
PS after rewatching The Truth Be Told: It has been several years and many installments since The Truth Be Told (TTBT) so it is not surprising that it wasn't fresh on my mind watching this installment. In many ways this episode should have followed directly after TTBT. Watching this one without that reminder left me thinking that Oliver's despair was a bit overplayed. After TTBT, I realize that isn't true. In that earlier one, Oliver's fears of abandonment are heavily emphasized which results in the replay of those emotions in this one making so much more sense. Which makes that magical moment I mention above oh so much sweeter.

Thank You
Some viewers have already said this but I need to say it myself. This is by far the best series of my lifetime. I have enjoyed every single story this wonderful cast had to tell. I always wanted to be a POstable.
Thank you to Hallmark Movies & Mysteries for keeping true to the characters and the essence of this show. If this is the end, you did not disappoint.

One of the BEST Hallmark movie to date!
I love this series in general, always so heartwarming with lessons learned and never rushed storylines with the main characters. The wait for happy endings was worth it for this installment. Best of the series and one of the best of any Hallmark movie I have ever seen. From start to finish it was perfectly acted and directed and there was so much story told in such a short time that again didn't feel rushed. I laughed and I cried throughout and if this were to be the last movie in the series I would be sad but would also be satisfied with how it ended. Well done Hallmark. This is how you do it. More movies likes this please!!

Best show on TV
There are not many TV shows I watch anymore, but SSD is the one show that I basically watch. It is the most amazing show on television. I love the friendship, love and drama in each show. This show has given me faith that there truly still is good in today's world.

The very best of television!
What a privilege and blessing to be in the audience watching the four postables bring hope and light into our homes. The script was brilliant, the acting superb, and everything about this movie is perfection. Signed,Sealed, Delivered gets it right every time, but especially in The Vows We Have Made. I hope there are more movies for us to love.

As Always, it lifts your spirit
I love this series so much. They never fail to lift me up. In this troubled world we are walking now, the new episode reminds you of the way we should live. Well worth your time with a lesson in every show. Cry, laugh, smile...things can get better.
Movies of such depth - this one's no exception
Movies of such honesty and healthy ways of dealing with common hurts in relationships. The characters in these shows have been developed so wonderfully into gracious loving, forgiving, honest people who deal with doubts head on. This movie is no exception as Oliver and Shane deal with hurtful relationships of the past while preparing for their wedding. Gregory Harris knocks it out of the park as the calm, steady buffer with sage advice among the "wild tides" of relationships. The rest of the cast, as always, play their parts with real tears and real joys. This movie, as well as Norman and Rita's wedding movie, are such moving culminations of all of the episodes leading up to them. Thank you to the writers, editors, producers, actors and all involved for such a beautiful movie! We love the underlying theme of faith throughout every one of these movies.

Simply the best!
My wife and I have watched all the previous episodes but this was by far the best! The writers showed us Oliver's deepest secrets and What it would take to make his relationship with Shane work! There were so many emotional moments in the show I stopped counting! The background song by Marilyn McCoo was the perfect song for them!

The music says it all
I caught this on TV purely by accident and I have watched it everytime it plays. I am now going back to watch the others movies in the series.
The kindness, gentleness and love in this story takes me back to the love of my life. And to top it off, the song, Never My Love, which was so appropriate in the scene was one I loved when I met my college sweetheart. The actors in this story makes it so believable and makes it touch your heart. LOVE IT.

The end... Sadly
It definitely feels like the end to a great series. Possibly the best one Hallmark has produced.
Think I cried in every episode and movie. Will definitely be missed.

So so so good!
I don't think I have enjoyed a series like this since Pride & Prejudice in 1995.
I stumbled upon this series by accident on Acorn TV.
I binged watched the whole thing in two weeks, 11 tv episodes and 12 movies! Wow!!! I think I might actually watch the whole thing again.
The cast is amazing.
You can't help but fall in love with each and all of them. What joy is to watch a series that focus solely on the good, pure and lovely. It doesn't mean it sees the world through rose tinted glasses, for the most part anyway, but it certainly doesn't dwell on the horrible aspects of life that nowadays seem to make the bulk of all tv and movies.
The romantic plots are carefully developed and like a good wine, it takes time. It's not rushed into useless sex and wonton violence. There isn't a single car crash or a single bullet fired.
If you don't like heartwarming stories, this's not for you, if you don't like God, this's not for you and if your attention span is no more of that of a 12 year old, this's definitely not for you.
To all creators and actors of this master piece, thank you.
