When Sarah is begging the Frog to talk (where she kisses him), his glasses are alternatively on his face or folded in her hands between different shots.
Dr. Bailey departs in Han's Challenger: a mid-size, twin engine business aircraft. However when the scene changes to inside the cockpit, the glare shield, avionics panel, throttle quadrant, and overhead panel are that of a Boeing 747-400: a heavy, four engine transport category aircraft. The two aircraft couldn't be more different.
When the guards surround Frank, Sarah, and Marvin in the Paris hotel, Katja can be seen with the guards before she walks around the corner after the guards have stopped moving.
Towards the end, when Victoria and Han are in the car, the hand which Victoria uses to hold the phone changes from right to left and back to right.
When in Papa Johns, Marvin is shown (from inside the restroom) using a sledge hammer and wearing a baseball style cap but, when the view changes from inside the wall to looking into the bathroom, Marvin can be seen wearing safety goggles and no hat.
All UK lorry trailers are required to be fitted with side-guards. So the maneuver executed by the Lotus where it passed under the trailer would be impossible.
The "U.S. Air Force" four-engine turboprop that takes Anthony Hopkins' character from Moscow is an Antonov An-12, which is not a type flown by the U.S. Air Force.
When Victoria (Helen Mirren) pours the acid in the bathtub, she is surrounded by vapors from the acid. The vapors would be so corrosive she couldn't breath them.
When Sarah puts the 2CV in reverse gear after crashing, she pulls the gear lever to away from the dashboard. The 2CV gearbox has reverse gear in a position where most gearboxes have 1st gear. She would, therefore, need to push the gear lever forward to select reverse.
When Han opens fire with the mini-gun and it cuts to the empty cases falling on the floor, they are blank round cases, not from live rounds. The cases are .30-06 blank rounds while the Minigun is chambered for the 7.62x51 NATO round (.308 Winchester).
In the chase involving the black Porsche GTS, the rear spoiler is down most of the time, but in several of the scenes, it's up. This is the normal behavior for GTS. The front and rear spoiler for the car extend and retract automatically depending on the speed and attitude of the vehicle. It would be abnormal if they did not change positions.
About 16 minutes in, Sarah accidentally shoots the gun Marvin gave her. She then says No external safety on the Sig? Sig Sauer handguns do not have external safeties. The handgun she has looks like a 1911. Those do have external safeties.
In the beginning of the movie, Jack counts seven including himself. One goes in and Frank kills him. Then four go in and Frank blows them up. Four more go in and Frank kills one. Then you see four guys walk pass between the file shelves. There are already three too many. Then there is one more making it four too many. Frank kills four more guys and Marvin kills the black guy. Ten men are killed by Frank and one killed by Marvin leaving Jack alive. So, after a count of seven, the final tally is twelve.
After Han Cho Bai stops firing the Gatling gun at Frank and Marvin, he walks towards the vehicle. As he is walking by, a few random squibs are still going off on the vehicles in the background.
Engine and transmission are missing from the Jeep when it blows up in the Costco parking lot at the beginning of the movie. The explosion flips the Jeep over and there is a 55 gallon drum where they should be.
The brass from the Han Cho Bai's Gatling gun has evidence of a star crimp, which shows that blanks are being used.
Bailey's semi-automatic pistol doesn't eject spent shells.
The restaurant in Paris is obviously mean to appear as though it had been there for over a century, which means that all of the wood surfaces are made from solid wood. Yet every bullet hole (squib) in all of the wood surfaces reveals a superficial finish applied to the cheapest variety of MDF (ground sawdust and glue).
After the scene when Han has finished shooting at Frank and Marvin with the mini gun he walks towards the source of the explosion and passes a couple cars in the background. The smart car under the scaffolding has no bullet holes or any damage from the scaffolding falling on it. Even though the wall behind it as well as the cars in front and behind it are full of holes.
When Frank gives Sarah Ross the pistol it has the initials SJ on the grips.
Even if Bailey did not have sufficient knowledge of that specific airplane, he still could get it airborne. When camera shows pilot's instruments, it is clear that not all of them are turned on - speedometer is clearly showing speed zero, even though airplane is flying. That could be the result of Bailey's lack of knowledge of that aircraft.
When Katja kisses Frank Moses and they enter the dining room where a string quartet is playing, we hear the sound of a violin, yet the violin player's bow is not touching the strings of his violin at all.
The first shot of the Red Squire is flipped. The Kremlin is to the right of the Saint Basil's Cathedral, not to the left.
The boat's tour guide announces, "On your right, you see the famous Tower of London." Given the direction of travel, the Tower of London would be on the left.
The Iranian embassy is several miles from London's only heliport at Battersea, yet the two are shown next door to each other.
The motorway looks like the M96 and is therefore a British motorway.
Dr Bailey has just come out of 32 years incarceration. No matter how good a pilot he was before, he could not possibly have worked out how to start up, take off and fly a modern, glass-cockpit Bombardier Challenger 604, which needs weeks of special training on type.
When Frank is fighting the gunmen in a store room, he leaves a grenade booby-trap and he avoids the blast by hanging outside a window, from this obviously upstairs room. When the fight is over, he walks out of the store room through a hole now at street level and also there has been no explosion big enough to make a hole in an exterior wall.
In the restaurant in Paris, Katja asks for two "kir royal". It should be "kirs royaux"; plural in French. Then the waiter holds the glasses. This is not the correct way as he should put them on the table. And the glasses don't have any bubbles but it's supposed to be crémant or champagne; it means a lot of bubbles.
Although Marvin carries a Smith and Wesson Model 460V for most of the movie, there is no explanation as to how he obtains a Norinco Type 56-1 between escaping the embassy and attempting to shoot down a British helicopter.
