Pretty much none very mild sexual reference.
In the after credits scene of the first episode a woman is shown naked walking out of a bathtub. Very quick scene and not much nudity is shown on screen other than a closeup of legs and torso for a brief moment.
For an anime it's very clean with little to no nudity maybe a shirtless man from time to time but that's about it.
There is a few scenes where male characters gather in a public bath together and show off their muscles, and some buttocks can be seen. This scene extends for a while.
In the first episode, in the scene when the hero is watching something on the TV on the wall, after a while you will be able to see a poster of a girl in underwear at the 7th minute.
Severe

This series is no more violent than a Godzilla movie but due to there being giant monster lots of blood is common.
Basically animated Godzilla with exaggerated blood.
The show is about people fighting big monsters called kaiju so it's violent at times but not super violent as there is no human on human violence.
When characters kill Kaiju, sometimes guts spill out, bones can be seen, and it "rains" blood. In some scenes guts and blood are spilled all over the city. Kaijus morph and explode in gory messes. Can be very disturbing.
Very bloody fight scenes with kaiju.

Can be scary to young viewers.
Giant monsters terrorize the city and are sometimes seen chasing people. Can be very frightening for young viewers.
Crude humor like poop.
There is a scene where a young girl watches as her mother is dying because of a kaiju. Could be very frightening.
