EPILEPSY WARNING! This movie involves multiple scenes with strobe effects--some lasting as long as a minute. The time stamps are around the 1 hr 10 min mark, a VERY intense one around 1 hr 24 min that lasts about forty seconds, and one directly after a scene involving a group photo.
The appearance of the ScreenSlaver is frightening. The villain's introduction is dark, suspenseful, and disturbing.
Dark themes like the loss of a parent (either one of them or both), family issues and a darker tone than the first film. Some scary and suspenseful moments, and much violence and action.
The film still has similar intense superhero violence.
Caution: The screensaver scene contains strobe lights, which can trigger seizures for people who have epilepsy.
