If you want to protect your invention, you need to understand patent application drafting. Attend this workshop and learn from USPTO experts about the formalities and requirements of drafting a patent application, as well as common pitfalls to avoid.
Participants will also learn about San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, Inc.'s free resources for under-resourced entrepreneurs.
This session will be offered virtually to those registered for the event.
You should have an intermediate knowledge of the intellectual property system in general, and patents specifically, to get the most out of this workshop.
