The University of Toledo Chapter of the American Association of University Professors (UT-AAUP) has been helping faculty of The University of Toledo navigate their way through negotiating contracts and creating fellowship and unity among faculty members since 1992.

The UT-AAUP provides faculty members with resources to aid them in the advancement of academic freedom and the protection of their legal rights. The UT-AAUP is committed to these principles in order to create a campus environment in which students obtain the best education available.
