Currently ticketing providers have tight support at the alert level and we would like to extend this functionality to better support working at the incident level.
For example:
Create ticket on incident creation
Project select DDL when provider (Jira) supports several target project boards
Popup with navigable link after ticket creation (eg. click to visit Jira ticket)
Render Ticket ID column on the incidents pages (clickable links)
