2021-22 | SOPHOMORE
  • Played in 17 games with two starts, averaging 11.8 minutes per contest
  • Averaged 4.7 points, 2.8 rebounds while shooting .493 from the field
  • Netted double-digit points four times, including three RU victories
  • Scored a career-high 13 on 5-of-7 shooting with two blocks in the win over Wagner (Dec. 18)
  • Missed the final 13 games of the regular and post-season

  • Played in 15 of 19 games as a freshman during the 2020-21 NCAA Tournament run, averaging 9.7 minutes per game
  • Made RU debut in season opening victory over Monmouth, playing 11 minutes with five points on perfect shooting (2-of-2 FG, and 1-of-1 FT)
  • Played season-high 20 minutes in a pair of home victories against Sacred Hearth (Dec. 20) and Minnesota (Feb. 17)
  • Young career-high 12 points came against Sacred Heart on 5-of-6 shooting to go with career-high eight rebounds
  • Grabbed seven rebounds and made her lone field goal in an important win at Penn State on Feb. 28, the seventh consecutive win during the nine-game winning streak to end the regular season

The person I most admire is and why: My mom because she’s my biggest supporter and role model. None of this would be possible without her nor would I be where I am today without her.
If I wasn’t playing (sport), I’d be: Playing volleyball
Favorite professional athlete: A’ja Wilson & Giannis Antetokounmpo
Favorite professional sports team: Los Angeles Lakers
One word to describe myself on the field/court: Versatile
One word to describe myself off the field/court: Compassionate
Few people know that I: I’ve also played volleyball, that I have psoriasis, and I can sing.
Person who had greatest influence on my athletics career: My family
I started playing my sport because…: It just looked fun to me, I grew up being around basketball and plus my dad played.
I chose Rutgers because…: it is a great school academically and because of C. Vivian Stringer, my coach. When I came down on my visit my senior year I knew instantly that this was the place for me and that she was the woman I wanted to be coached by.
Favorite cereal: Cinnamon Toast Crunch & Resse’s Puffs
The movie I have watched the most in my lifetime is: I’d say any Friday movie with Ice Cube
The best actor/actress to play me in a movie is…: I’d have to say Taraji P. Henson, I love her personality and how fierce she is
Favorite musician/group: Don’t really have a favorite but my favorite Genres are R&B, Rap & Hip-Hop.
The first song I knew all the words to is: I don’t know the exact song but I’m pretty sure it was something old because I grew up listening to a lot of old R&B. Stuff like Mary J Blige, Mariah Carey, New Edition and etc.
If I could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, I would win a gold medal at: Eating or maybe even singing, I do that for fun sometimes.
Famous people I have met include: The ones that I can remember off the top of my head are Snoop Dogg, Kobe Bryant and some other basketball players as a baby because of when my dad played pro. I’ve also met some ex NBA and WNBA players and coaches as I got older and started being around a lot of basketball.
Rituals I have before, during or after a game are: Before the game rituals I’d just listen to music to get me hyped and in the zone and do some stretching and get shots up. Depending on how my body feels I may ice before or after.
Favorite all-time gift received: My niece being born
Pets I had growing up were: A bunny my dad had bought me and a ball python which my mom let loose and gave away because she was scared of them lol.
My favorite Halloween costume growing up was: When I was about 6 maybe and I dressed up as Princess Jasmine.
The place in the world I would most like to visit is: Bora Bora
The website I visit most often is: Google & pretty much any clothing or shoe website, FashionNova, Nike and etc.
My favorite teacher was/is:(name, grade, subject) I had a lot of favorite teachers but I can name 3. Ms. Strode, 12th Grade, English, Mr. Ruffin, 11th-12th Grade, Culinary Arts teacher, and Ms. Sherman, 11th Grade, American Government.
