Sabbac

Sabbac is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by Otto Binder and Al Carreno, first appearing in Captain Marvel, Jr. #4 (1943). The character is an enemy of Captain Marvel (also known as Shazam) and the Marvel Family with demonic super-powers. To access the powers of Hell, Sabbac says his name and is given the strength of Satan, Aym, Belial, Beelzebub, Asmodeus and Crateis. There have been two men to use the name, Freddy Freeman's former foster-brother Timothy Karnes and New York City mob boss Ishmael Gregor. The character has been involved with the Fearsome Five and the Secret Society of Super-Villains.
