With an improved EA Sports Game Face, you can use the nearly infinite combinations of facial proportions to recreate yourself (or someone that looks close enough to you) in order to put yourself up against the PGA pros. With your custom golfer, you can move up the ranks from a municipal club, just learning the basics of a swing, all the way up to being a tour champion.

If you take your created character on the legends tour, you get to play against some of the greatest golfers of all time, including Nicklaus, Palmer, and Tiger himself on their favorite holes from the ten courses included in the game. If you beat them, you can earn prizes that can help you improve your golfer's swing as well as his look on the course.

A term that has come in to golf with Tiger Woods' dominance is TigerProofing. In tournaments over the past few years, courses have tried to reduce the advantage that Tiger has over the rest of the field. With the new TigerProofing feature in Tiger Woods, you can make any of the courses in the game that much harder as you can change the size of the fairways and greens as well as the overall length of any hole. You can also build a course from any 18 holes in the game to earn a prestige rating that will attract tournaments and PGA legends to your course.

There are three new courses available for the PC version of Tiger Woods, the Sherwood Country Club, Fancourt Golf Club Estate, and Troon North - Monument Course, bolstering an already impressive lineup that already includes Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, and the TPC at Sawgrass. With these, you have the opportunity to build thousands of unique golf courses, creating a new experience every time you play the game.
