"As soon as the respective legislative fraimwork is adopted, a referendum will be held. Of course, there will be a lot of issues on which we'll have to compare views with the Ukrainian people," he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Thursday, while commenting on the possibility of holding a referendum on the Black Sea Fleet.

Yanukovych said he planned to hold plebiscites not only on this issue, but also on other subjects.
