Mentors-in-Residence are . . . experienced entrepreneurs embedded within the Michigan Venture Center, enhancing the University's ability to assess new technology opportunities and create new venture opportunities. With a rotating cast of approximately half a dozen mentors, the program seeks to leverage their personal management experience and industry contacts. Mentors assist in securing venture capital, recruiting experienced management, and building fundable business models.
