Introduction

Three years have passed since the Mad King's War, and Beignon's rule over Daein has been harsh. Micaiah, the Silver Haired Maiden and the members of the Dawn Brigade begin a journey that they hope will result in a free Daein.

Meanwhile, Crimea stands on the brink of civil war, as the nobility feel Elincia is unable to rule properly. She hopes that the Greil Mercenaries under Ike Gawain will reappear, but no one seems able to find them.

The Laguz are restless, with the talks with the various countries in Tellius not going well.

All of these factors will soon boil over, plunging an entire continent into war. As close as they came to releasing the Dark God last time in Path of Radiance, it does not come close to the levels of fighting that will be seen in Radiant Dawn. The Fire Emblem burns ever brighter by the day...
