During the Nintendo Direct press conference in February, a 3DS collaboration between SEGA, Namco Bandai and Capcom was announced. Now, a countdown appearing on the game's official site hints that the first details may be on the way soon.
Updated this morning, the countdown is set to expire in one week. The site doesn't provide any additional details, though it does include eerie sounds, smoke, a flashing light and a puddle of water.
Not much is known about the collaboration between the three companies, though "chromosome" teaser images were on the site in the weeks leading up to this countdown. The images portrayed each company's name along with mysterious color palettes.
According to a theory from AllGamesBeta, these images are hints portraying the characters that will be included in the game.
For now, we don't know exactly what this project will be, but check back to IGN next week to find out what the countdown reveals.
