Unofficial Games / Demos
The following game demos were shown in playable/interactive form at E3 2011 and CES 2012.While they were positioned as gameplay concepts, many past Nintendo E3 demo concepts were eventually turned into games and game collections (for example, components of Wii Sports Resort, Steel Diver). The formal announcement of Zelda and Mario games for Wii U is a no-brainer, but we wouldn't be surprised to see Battle Mii, Chase Mii and Shield Pose make it into a Wii Play/Sports-style collection that will be packed in with the hardware or sold separately.

- Battle Mii
- Chase Mii
- The Legend of Zelda HD
- New Super Mario Bros. Mii
- Shield Pose
- Un-named Bird Demo
