Released way back in May of 2009, Zen Pinball quickly became a cult classic on the PlayStation Network. Heavily supported with DLC in the form of new tables -- and given away for free at one point to PlayStation Plus subscribers -- Zen Pinball has persevered over the last three years to the point that Zen Studios, the game's developer, is just about ready to unleash Zen Pinball 2 on both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.
One concern some players might have is how all of the DLC they purchased for both Zen Pinball and Marvel Pinball will connect to Zen Pinball 2. According to Zen Studios' Managing Director Zsolt Kigyossy, "it's going to be super easy!"

But what about if you don't own either Zen Pinball or Marvel Pinball? "Zen Pinball 2 will be a free platform download with trials available for every table," Kigyossy explained to the PlayStation Blog. So while the platform is free, new tables will obviously cost some coin.

Zen Pinball 2 is set for release in the springtime.
