Canada's Cirque du Soleil is debuting new shows on Celebrity Cruises ships this week to replace audience participation parties that passengers found confusing. Two 30-minute A Taste of Cirque du Soleil shows featuring acrobats and characters will be offered on the Constellation and Summit, sailing in the Caribbean through the winter. A previous show, in which silent characters mimed for guests at a cocktail party, has been eliminated, but the bars will keep their Cirque decorations. There is no charge for performances.
