Summary
[edit]DescriptionSunda-sahul-wallacea.png |
English: Sahul was the the strip of land that emerged during the last glacial maximum, when the sea was 100 metres under the present level, and which was linking New Guinea, Australia and Tasmania into a single land mass. The Sundaland was linking the south-western part of today's Indonesia, Malaysia and the western part of the Philippines, with the southeastern Asian peninsula on the continent. These two continental areas were separated by the Wallacea sea. |
