Trivia
This episode appears to be based on the 2000 Thomas Junta case. Junta beat Michael Costin to death after a practice game involving their children in which he felt Costin, who was refereeing, was ignoring the aggressive behavior of his sons towards Junta's son.

Goofs
The case and investigation take place in the late fall, early winter months. Several scenes outside show green foliage and characters wearing light outerwear or none at all.

Self defense Not Used for concocted rage

Raging hockey dad. DA's go after sports dad because said DA do not like daughter's soccer team parents.

Writers concoct a plot with so many holes, goofs. Terrible legal defense representation, malicious prosecution, son's testimony helps prosecution?? Dad takes the stand which would never happen. Cross examination with No objections. Prosecution summary presents facts/video not in prior evidence without objections.

Predictable and Unwatchable moralizing.
