Deutsch: Laut Informationstafel vor dem Museum: Die Tenderlok wurde von der »Locomotivefabrik Krauss & Comp. Actien-Gesellschaft« konstruiert und gebaut. »Raimund« wurde am 19.10.1900 in den Dienst der Zillertaler Verkehrsbetriebe AG gestellt. Beinahe 70 Jahre lang transportierte die Dampflokomotive zahlreiche Einheimische und Gäste von Jenbach nach Mayrhofen und wieder zurück. Nach Außderdienststellung im Jahr 1969 stellte die Zilltertalbahn die Dampflokomotive dem Museum »Tiroler Zeughaus« als Leihgabe zur Verfügung.
Im Jahr 1999 kam »Raimund« wieder in die Heimat nach Jenbach und wurde in den Werkstätten der Zillertaler Verkehrsbetriebe AG renoviert und der Marktgemeinde Jenbach als Leihgabe – im Jahr 2002 – zur Verfügung gestellt. |
