We were commissioned to take the photo for MIDAS in Manchester. They were given a license to use it within their organisation but Watson Associates retain all rights. Check the exif data embedded within the image. rob@watsonassociates.net

What further proof do you require in order for this image to be deleted? Perhaps you could put me in touch with the person who uploaded it in the first place.

We can't, beyond what is already on the image page. You can post on their talk page, or email them if they have email through Wikimedia turned on. However, the problem here is that Commons deletion requests are not particularly quick; they stay open for at least a week and sometimes much longer. Perhaps your best solution would be to send an email to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org stating what you've stated here.--Prosfilaes (talk) 19:22, 29 September 2010 (UTC)
