As of a 3/27/12 court case (against WMF), stamps in Germany are not PD. If the image of Einstein is PD, then this stamp would be OK, but that will have to be proven. . Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 11:04, 20 February 2014 (UTC)
