This image isn't in the public domain since, the Coat of Arms (otherwise known as Armorial Bearings) and the image wasn't created until after 1955. I do not know the status for Coat of Arms created after 1955 in Australia but under standing Commons:Coat of Arms as I understand it only the original would be in the PD however this image is hugely different to Armorial Bearings on the City Council's website. --Bidgee (talk) 11:43, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
- altough it's differant in colour from the shown COA, it's still a COA by the australian government and thus PD, Hendricus (talk) 12:24, 8 April 2009 (UTC)
- It's not done by the Australian Government (Federal government). It was done by the Wagga Wagga City Council (Local government) which was made in 1965 (The image uploaded here is clearly newer but even then the original isn't in the PD so it remains copyrighted) therefore it fails PD since it was made after 1955 and isn't a CoA done by the Australian Government. Just to add File:Wagga wagga COA.jpg is an image made by vector-images.com, which I believe has been discussions that most of the images made by vector-images.com are copyrighted. - In that case it should be deleted, Hendricus (talk) 13:21, 8 April 2009 (UTC)

Done, CoA must be old, clearly free (Gov for example), or redone ; in the other case : deletion. Cdlt, VIGNERON * discut. 09:48, 21 August 2009 (UTC)
