A GIF showing a DNA-DNA Chromatin Network of genomic loci as nodes with edges between them moving into clusters

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The figure above shows a DNA - DNA Chromatin Network in motion. The genomic windows in the MM9 mouse genome from Genome Architecture Mapping data act as nodes with edges between them representing pairs of nodes with higher than average linkage. As the graphic plays, it starts to pull nodes together using Linear Interpolation with the percentage between two nodes as the normalized linkage.
