Monique Wittig (13. juli 19353. januar 2003) var en fransk forfatter og feministisk teoretiker[1] som beskæftigede sig med overvindelsen af socialt påtvungne kønsroller, og som opfandt begrebet "den heteroseksuelle kontrakt". Hun udgav sin første roman, L'Opoponax, i 1964. Hendes anden roman, Les Guérillères (1969), var en milepæl for den lesbiske feminisme.[2]
