Abstract
To face the growing complexity of technical systems, engineers have to design models in order to perform simulations. To avoid inconsistencies, the integration of different models coming from various engineering disciplines is one of nowadays main industrial challenges. In this article we present model synchronization, a framework to ensure consistency between models coming from different engineering domains, based on S2ML (System Structure Modeling Language). We show how the introduced framework can be used to handle consistency between system architecture models (using SysML language), safety models (using AltaRica 3.0 language) and multi-physics simulation models (using Modelica language).
