Abstract

Aiming at the problem of skill decay faced by drivers under fully automatic operation system, this paper designs a skill training and retention system for drivers, system includes training program execution subsystem and skill retention state tracking and management subsystem. Training program execution subsystem can provide a simulated driving environment for the drivers, it allows the driver to complete a series of training tasks; skill retention state tracking and management subsystem can collect related evaluation index and assess the driver’s skill retention status. The preliminary application of the system shows that it can effectively track skill retention state of drivers while training the drivers, and can achieve personalized and differentiated skill retention training.
