Zusammenfassung
IT-Agilität ist ein vielschichtiger Begriff, der kapazitive wie funktionale Komponenten hat und reaktive wie auch proaktive Elemente berücksichtigen sollte. Grundlage für einen geschlossenen Managementkreislauf aus Planung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Maβnahmen zur Steigerung der IT-Agilität ist deren Messung. So wird eine differenzierte Analyse der Ausgangssituation und Schwerpunktsetzung bei den Maβnahmen zur Steigerung der IT-Agilität ermöglicht.
