- File:RauteMart02.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs) – uploaded by СЛУЖБА (notify | contribs | uploads).
- This unused image is described as a "Max Raute drawing," and is tagged with {{PD-EU-no author disclosure}}. This tag is appropriate only if the image was published anonymously or pseudonymously more than 70 years ago, and the author's name was not publicly disclosed in connection with the image within 70 years after publication. No evidence is provided that this image meets these criteria. Additionally, the {{PD-EU-no author disclosure}} tag says that it alone is not sufficient copyright tagging; there is no explanation for why this image should be in the public domain in the United States. A Google search for "Max Raute" yields several results, among which are an entry on The Spanking Art Wiki (yes, there is such a thing) that refers to Mr. Raute in the present tense and a form provided by MaleSpank.net to contact Mr. Raute, suggesting that Mr. Raute is still living and that this drawing may not be 70 years old, though I can't find any actual dates. —Bkell (talk) 21:22, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- The one on MaleSpank.net is surely just a follower of the original Max Raute. The original Max Raute died long ago. He drew this one in the 1930s. I'm not at all whiz at these copyright things. Put whichever you think appliciable or if you can't do it, tell me which one to put. I'm also upsent that the file is being unused now. I put it into the "School corporal punishment" article, but I see it has been deleted from there... СЛУЖБА (talk) 20:41, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
