Remove rest of language-names/

I assumed in change Ifd91037f3f (commit a8a0639c3b) that l10n-bot would
remove these files (or at least the messages in them), but that hasn’t
happened – probably because we immediately removed the directory from
the translatewiki.net config in change I361f72d38d (commit 793c7075c9),
before the next translation export. Let’s remove them manually then.

This extension allows storing and modifying the structured lexicographic data in the Wikibase instance.
