Describe the bug

When a Toolbar has a disabled ToolbarButton, click the button, the onClick event can still be invoked.

Reproduction steps

  1. Open the example, click the disabled toolbar button
  2. Alert pops out

Expected Behaviour

Alert should not pop up when click on a disabled toolbar button
