Allow student grade override for a gradeable in any category #3492
Description
(not just homework)
use case: the grade for a plagiarized homework is usually set to zero. But this could also be used for gradeables in other categories
use case 2: a makeup test might be graded by hand offline (not in Submitty), would be good for the zero grade for that student to be overridden in the customization.json
