Devtools completely hangs Firefox with extremely high CPU usage and almost the PC when visiting NVIDIA Account Settings page #62450

Please provide the steps to reproduce the issue [Bug Report only]
- Open Firefox. Enable/install Angular DevTools extension.
- Visit and login https://profile.nvgs.nvidia.com.
Please provide the expected behavior vs the actual behavior you encountered [Bug Report only]
- See browser hang almost completely in couple of seconds or less.
- Check about:processes and see WebExtension section is at 110%. Windows Task Manager will complain about a Firefox too of course.
- Disable Angular Devtools. Instantly browser is free again and CPU usage is down to .

Even right-click hangs and you almost can't even close the tab. Screenshot would be pointless and almost of no use.

No visible errors.

Firefox 140.0.2 (latest as of bug creation date).
Windows 11 24H2.
