- Agent: allow listing running devcontainers #16268
- Agent: allow SSH+rpty to running devcontainer #16419 (partially)

- Add dev container panel into the agent card
- Display devcontainer apps
- Display devcontainer forwarded ports
- Display "Connect with ssh" button
- When having a devcontainer, update the agent content to group apps into the "Connect to parent host" menu
