Current Behavior

The provisioners view is inaccessible with an error

Expected Behavior


User should be able to see the providers view.


Steps to Reproduce


    

  1. On an OSS deployment without multiple organizations. Open Deployment --> Provisioners (i.e. https://dev.coder.com/deployment/provisioners)
    2. 

  2. See the error

The issue occurs consistently, The issue is new (previously worked fine), I have tested this on the latest version
