As the Coder company, I want to inform my users about the new recipes feature, so that they can evaluate it and start using it.

Acceptance Criteria

• The user sees a subtle notification or message about the recipes feature when no recipe is available
• When the user clicks in the notification, the user should be redirected to the recipes docs
