bug: Autoshutdown add, subtract time UI Error: #19354

Current Behavior

From Customer: In the coder web interface, there there is a little section stating the machine will auto shutdown in X hours, with + and - buttons that can raise or lower the value by an hour. Most of the time when I check a machine that is in the sub 10 hour range, the - button will be active and the + button disabled, preventing me from increasing the time. Clicking the - button will subtract an hour and activate the + button. Once the + button is active, I can press it multiple times until I'm in the 1 day + range.
Just a little UI quirk that has been there for a long time. Usually I want to increase my machine time, and it seems funny I need to subtract time first before I can add time. Doesn't seem like intended behavior.
