Documentation and type improvements #139
Description
- Update docker image example as in Unable to construct viable Docker image using
node:20-alpine#48. - Improve documentation, examples, and types around the callbacks we permit to use through configuration as in How to know deterministically know when a consumer is ready? #118 and question: Correct way to check consumer/producer health using KafkaJS API #65 .
- Update instructions on how to install on system with no pre-built binaries as in Add experimental admin client and example #10 - DONE within introduction
- Check and update any logger examples as in How to use logging callback? #41 - DONE within introduction
- Instructions for using GSSAPI (needs librdkafka build)
