The profile dropdown on the top right (TheHeaderDropdownAccnt.vue) is visible even when users are not logged in.

Changes needed: The profile dropdown should be loaded from the backend (similar to the sidebar and top menu), and only be displayed for logged-in users and admins (not guests).
