Expected Behavior
I expect to be able to use the hookWindowMessage API to intercept the WM_CLIPBOARDUPDATE Windows message.
Actual Behavior
The handler never fires.

This might be a dupe of this, or maybe I'm misunderstanding what the hookWindowMessage API does.
