Error: received log with same block number but index newer than previous index#17

Hi,
I'm getting an error when using the 0x library and its zeroEx.exchange.subscribe. The error output points to ethereumjs-blockstream, so I'm just putting the open 0x issue for the details:

0xProject/0x-monorepo#693
